Training

Train your body with intention.

Training is not only about exercise. It is about understanding how the body breathes, organises itself, manages pressure, stabilises, moves and occupies space. Never gym-like.

Hypopressive Training

01

Hypopressive Training

Breathing. Posture. Pressure. Awareness.

A progressive training practice that combines specific postural positions, breathing mechanics, expiratory work and, when appropriate, breath-hold techniques to develop greater awareness of the trunk, posture and pressure management.

Posture

02

Posture

Posture is not a pose. It is an organised response to movement, habit and environment.

A practical training approach designed to improve postural awareness, recognise habitual compensations and explore more efficient ways of organising the body in everyday life.

Breathing

03

Breathing

Breathing is automatic. Breathing awareness is learned.

A practical training process focused on understanding respiratory movement and the relationship between breathing, rib-cage mobility, trunk organisation, posture and body awareness.

Body Awareness

04

Body Awareness

You cannot intentionally change what you cannot perceive.

Body Awareness is a training process designed to improve perception, movement control and understanding of how different parts of the body organise and interact.

Individual Sessions

05

Individual Sessions

Personalised training, one body at a time.

One-to-one sessions designed around the client’s objective, learning pace, current ability and progression.

Group Classes

06

Group Classes

Shared practice. Clear technique. Progressive learning.

Small-group training designed to teach breathing, posture, body awareness and hypopressive foundations with structured instruction and supervised progression.

How the Areas Connect

These areas are not disconnected systems. Hypopressive practice uses breathing and posture. Posture is influenced by breathing and movement habits. Body awareness supports the ability to recognise and change those habits.

A client may begin through one entry point and, when appropriate, integrate elements from the other areas.

How to Choose Your Training

Find your entry point.

  • Choose Hypopressive Training if you specifically want to learn the hypopressive method and its breathing/postural technique.

  • Choose Posture if your primary interest is understanding postural habits, alignment, movement organisation and physical presence.

  • Choose Breathing if you want focused education on respiratory awareness and its relationship with the trunk and movement.

  • Choose Body Awareness if you want to improve perception, movement control and understanding of how your body organises itself.

  • Choose Individual Sessions if you want personalised one-to-one guidance or are beginning a technical process.

  • Choose Group Classes if you want guided regular practice in a small-group setting.

If more than one area is relevant, the training can be structured around your main objective and integrate complementary elements.

Training & Academy — Important Distinction

Training is live practice and instruction. Academy is the educational course ecosystem, delivered through Global Room.

A topic such as Hypopressive Fundamentals can exist in Academy as an educational course while Hypopressive Training remains the live service.
