Training

Individual Sessions

Personalised training, one body at a time.

Individual Sessions

One-to-one sessions designed around the client’s objective, learning pace, current ability and progression.

Why Individual Training?

Breathing, posture and hypopressive techniques contain details that can be difficult to identify alone. Individual sessions allow close observation, immediate correction and a progression adapted to the person rather than to the pace of a class.

This is particularly valuable during the initial learning phase of hypopressive training or when a client wants focused work on posture, breathing or body awareness.

What Can Be Trained Individually?

  • Hypopressive Training
  • Posture
  • Breathing
  • Body Awareness
  • A personalised combination of these areas when appropriate

How the Process Begins

The first session begins with a conversation about the client’s objective, previous experience, current training and relevant health considerations. From there, the session focuses on the technical foundations needed for the chosen area.

Progress is based on execution and understanding rather than simply completing a fixed number of exercises.

Individual Hypopressive Path

For clients beginning hypopressive training, the initial phase is structured around five sessions. The aim is to establish breathing, positioning, awareness and the foundational technique. Further progression is determined individually.

What an Individual Session May Include

  • Check-in and objective review
  • Observation of breathing and movement
  • Technical instruction
  • Individual corrections
  • Progressive exercises or positions
  • Body-awareness work
  • Questions and explanation of the reasoning behind the technique
  • Home-practice guidance where appropriate

Who Is It For?

  • Beginners who want close technical guidance
  • Clients learning hypopressive techniques
  • People who prefer privacy and individual attention
  • Clients with a specific posture, breathing or body-awareness objective
  • People whose schedule or learning pace is better suited to one-to-one training

What You Will Gain

A personalised learning process, detailed feedback and a clearer understanding of the technique rather than simply following a generic sequence.

Where Sessions Can Take Place

The exact location remains flexible. Depending on availability and the selected format, sessions may take place in the client’s home, an appropriate training space or gym, a dedicated central location when available, or online where the training can be delivered safely and effectively.

Available Formats

The format is adapted to the training and to the client’s needs. Depending on the programme, it may be available in person, online, individually or in a small-group format. Location, duration, frequency and investment remain flexible and are confirmed according to the selected service or package.
