About
More than style.
It is identity, strategy and freedom.
I believe image is not about following rigid rules, copying trends or becoming someone else. It is about understanding who you are, how you want to be perceived and how to express that with intention, coherence and authenticity.

I am Marcela Dellarole
Image Consultant, mentor and educator.
My work goes beyond aesthetics. I combine technical knowledge, strategic thinking and a deeply individual approach to help each client understand how image communicates, how visual choices influence perception and how style can become a practical tool for clarity, confidence and self-expression.
I do not believe in transforming people into a predefined standard. I believe in helping each person recognise, refine and communicate what is already uniquely theirs.

A Career Built Through Fashion, Strategy & Human Understanding
My relationship with fashion began long before I became an Image Consultant. Over the years, I have worked across fashion, personal image, styling, visual merchandising, luxury, customer experience, wardrobe strategy and personal shopping.
This experience taught me to understand fashion not only as clothing, but as language, positioning, craftsmanship, behaviour, service and perception.
Since establishing my professional work in Image Consulting in 2012, I have supported clients in Brazil, Europe and internationally, bringing together fashion knowledge, strategic image analysis, human understanding and practical application.

Philosophy
Image is not superficial. It is communication.
The way we dress, move and present ourselves creates meaning before we say a single word. For me, Image Consulting is not about perfection. It is about alignment between identity, intention, lifestyle and communication.
A strong image should never feel like a costume. My role is not to impose an identity, but to help you recognise yours, refine it and express it with greater clarity.
Principles over Rules
Solid foundations, not rigid formulas.
I do not believe personal image should be built through rigid rules or temporary trends. These foundations help explain why lines, colours, shapes, scales, proportions and combinations create particular visual effects. They are analytical tools, not standards of beauty.
A principle explains why something creates an effect. A rule simply tells someone what to do. My objective is understanding and autonomy — not dependence on a consultant.

The Marcela Dellarole Method
Four proprietary methods. One integrated understanding of image.
Through years of professional practice, I developed four proprietary technical methods that organise the principal areas of my Image Consulting work — the way I analyse, interpret and teach image, both to clients and to other professionals.
YOUR COLOURS®
My personal colour methodology. It studies the relationship between skin, eyes, hair, natural contrast, temperature, depth, intensity and visual response. The objective goes beyond assigning a seasonal palette: it is to understand how colour works and use it intentionally.
YOUR STYLE®
My personal style methodology. It interprets identity, lifestyle, aesthetic references, communication, comfort and context to identify an individual visual language rather than force the client into one rigid style category.
YOUR BODYTYPE®
My body shape and proportion methodology. It analyses geometry, scale, lines, proportions and visual balance without treating the body as something that needs to be corrected. The objective is to understand how clothing interacts with the individual body and how visual effects can be used consciously.
YOUR VISAGE®
My facial identity and visagism methodology. It studies facial structure, proportions, lines, features, scale, expression, hair, makeup, eyewear and accessories in relation to identity and communication, moving beyond generic face-shape rules.
From method to real life — the four proprietary methods form the technical foundation of my work. From there, the consulting process can extend into Personal Shopping, Closet Edit, Outfit Styling, wardrobe strategy, professional image, hair, makeup, accessories and other practical decisions. The purpose is always the same: to transform analysis into choices the client understands and can continue making independently.

Leadership
President of ANPOP
From 2016 to 2017, I served as President of ANPOP, the Brazilian National Association of Personal Organizers. That experience strengthened my understanding of professional standards, client experience, functionality, systems and the relationship between organisation, behaviour and personal identity — knowledge applied today particularly to wardrobe systems, Closet Edit and functional closet planning.
International Perspective
In person & remote
Living and working internationally has shaped the way I understand personal image. Style is influenced by culture, environment, profession, age, lifestyle and personal history. My clients are not expected to fit one aesthetic model — I help them build an image that respects their context while remaining authentic, expressive and strategically aligned.
Media & Fashion
Press
My professional journey also includes participation in fashion events, international Fashion Weeks, collaborations and media features — experiences that reinforce my perspective on fashion and image, while the centre of my work remains the individual.
Explore PressYour image should not hide you.
It should reveal you.
When image, identity and intention are aligned, choices become clearer and personal presence becomes stronger. My work is to help you understand yourself more deeply and translate that understanding into an image that feels true, sophisticated and powerful.
